Cannot log into my account ?
There are several possible reasons in case you are unable to login to your account:
- The username or associated email is not recognized: when you create your account or place an order, you received at least one email from Prachelle. The recipient of this email is used as the login email address.
- The password is invalid: you have a link in the login form that allows you to reset your password. You will need to enter your email address and then you will receive an email allowing you to reset the password.
- There is no corresponding account on Prachelle: the creation of an account is automatic when an account is created. You can also create an account on the “Login / Registration” page in the “Account” menu on Prachelle.
