You ordered something, and now you have to send it back. But don&#8217;t panic, at Prachelle, you will be taken care of to give you maximum guidance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prachelle Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is something wrong? No problem, no problem. Let us know and we&#8217;ll fix it.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and must have a tracking number. We do not apply restocking or management fees. No fees from Prachelle to be expected.<\/li>\n<li>Prachelle does not offer any exchanges at this time &#8211; only refunds.<\/li>\n<li>Items should not be worn or washed. No stains or signs of wear and tear.
